I. Privacy and confidentiality

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), we inform you that the personal data provided to us through our Website or by e-mail will be included in a file owned by DATA CLICK S.L. (hereinafter WiSphere), with registered office at Maestro Gaztambide 2 3C 03004 Alicante, SPAIN in order to manage, provide, extend and improve the services offered on the Website, to implement the contracts formalised by means of the same, to send survey forms, to study the use of the services by Users, to send service updates, as well as to send you advertising and/or promotional information about the products and services offered by WiSphere or third parties related to the sale of consumer goods that may be of interest to you. The User gives his/her express consent to the sending of such information by any means, including electronic and by e-mail.

Users who provide their data to WiSphere and are not registered Users expressly accept that the facilitating of their data WiSphere expressly implies the provision of their permission to the sending advertising via this medium. To the contrary, please do not provide your details and/or send to any communications to WiSphere. The User expressly gives grants the necessary consent for WiSphere to notify the condition of User to those third parties that intend to send an e-mail invitation to join WiSphere, to avoid such a referral.

Furthermore, the User is informed that in the event of using the "recommend” option, WiSphere will inform the person to whom the recommendation is sent of the identity of the sender, and as such certain personal data will be issued to the addressee.

The User’s consent to receive commercial communications by electronic mail or equivalent electronic means may be revoked by means of a notice sent to the following email address: info@wisphere.es by ordinary mail addressed to WiSphere, at the address indicated above.

By the very nature of the Website’s service and content, it is imperative to send commercial communications to Users via email. Therefore, the withdrawal of consent contemplated in the previous paragraph will automatically entail the cessation and abandonment of the condition of User of WiSphere by the sender of the revocation.

Likewise, the User may access their personal data, and effect the appropriate modifications in connection therewith. In this respect, the User agrees to provide accurate information in relation to his/her personal data and to maintain the data provided to WiSphere updated.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending a notice to the address specified in paragraph one of this section, or to the email address: info@wisphere.es

WiSphere informs Users of the non-binding nature of the collection of such data, except in the fields indicated otherwise. However, a failure to provide such data may prevent WiSphere from providing all the Services related to such data, releasing WiSphere from all liability for the lack of provision or partial provision of these Services.

The User is to be responsible, in all cases, for the truthfulness of the data provided, and WiSphere reserves the right to exclude any Users who provide false information from the registered Services, without prejudice to any other actions stipulated by Law.

WiSphere permits its Users to invite others (family, friends, etc.) to join the WiSphere, mcommunity as users by sending an e-mail invitation, known as an email recommendation. To this end, Users who choose the "recommendation" option offered by WiSphere declare that they have obtained the necessary consent for the transfer of the personal data of the person to whom WiSphere will send the invitation, having informed of the same in the terms set out in Article 5.4. Data Protection Act, and has sought the express consent for the sending by WiSphere of the commercial communications by WiSphere or third parties relative to the products and/or services of WiSphere or third parties related to the sale of consumer goods.

Similarly, User who choose the mentioned "recommend" option will be solely responsible for any circumstance and/or penalty arising from or as a result of the absence of the consent of the recipient of the email for the processing of their personal data and/or for any irregularities in the obtaining of such consent.

II. Minors Our
Our Services are aimed at adults. In the event that any of our Services are specifically targeted at children, WiSphere shall seek the consent of parents or guardians to collect personal data or, when applicable, for the automated processing of the data under the current legislation. Users who are miners require the prior consent of their parents or guardians prior to the inclusion of their personal data in forms contained in the Website.

III. Use of cookies
WiSphere informs you that the Website employs cookies, which are small data files that are generated in the User's computer and which allow us to obtain the following information:

a) The date and time of the access to the Website. This allows us to ascertain the periods of greatest traffic and make the necessary adjustments to avoid saturation at peak times.
b) The number of daily visitors to each section. This lets us know which of the site’s areas are the most popular and to expand and improve their content in order to increase user satisfaction.
c) The date and time of the User’s last visit to the Website.
d) The content design chosen by the User during his/her first visit to the Website.
e) Security elements relative to controlling access to restricted areas.

The information collected is completely anonymous and can never be associated with a specific, identified User. This information allows WiSphere to adapt and improve its Services to the interests of the User. However, the User has the option to prevent the generation of cookies by selecting the appropriate option in his/her browser. WiSphere informs you that disabling the use of cookies may give rise to slower browsing than is usual.

IV. Empty text fields
The empty text fields that may appear in the Website are for the sole and exclusive purpose of gathering information to improve the quality of the Services, especially the delivery of the products purchased. The User shall not, in the spaces provided in the Website as “empty text fields", enter any personal data that may be classified as data which requires an average or high level of protection without previously informing WiSphere, of the same, as defined by the current legislation (by way of example, data relating to ideology, religion, beliefs, trade union membership, health, racial origin and/or sexual life).
